It’s funny looking back over these pages- I always do so with a critical eye. What jumps out at me with this one is the composition of this page. For the character to be caught in a situation that is so tense, the way that the page is set up seems just too static. Her head is exactly in the center of the panel and the log in front of her runs across the page perfectly horizontal. The two diagonal trees almost form a unmistakeable “X” over her. Just to tilt or offset some of these design elements would have made a better page, IMO
